This is an update to the paintball game.

 

Last Saturday was very tired as I am still running a flu, and was down with fever on friday evening.

 

But somehow, with medication, 1 night rest, I somewhat recover from the running nose, fever had subsided, but I do not feel like the normal self.

 

What the hack, I have to do it as I was norminated by the VP, go and win is the message, that easy, I thought.

 

Lucky enough, we are the first team to play, it seems like everyone have heard about my team. The opponent has not play before, but they have been briefed on the game objectives and rule and regulation.

 

We started with the first game, as usual per our strategy, we shoot down the targets and won the game with the fastest timing of 29 sec.

 

Like what other teams were saying, haven't even warm up , already game over.

 

We also won the second game, this time with a bit of an resistance, but another team also have full marks within the group, the rule allow 1 team per group with the highest score to proceed to semi final.

 

So it was decided to go for shoot out, although, my team members prefer to play another game to decide the winner as we have an advantage.

 

But I decided to go for shoot out as another chalenge.

 

We won on the shoot out and My team are thru to the semi final, but too bad we have to wait as it started to rain, the rain become heavier and the semi final have to postpose to another date, ha, it is just my day as I am feeling exhausted due to the flu.

 

i hope to recover in time, then we definitely have a good chance.

 

We have a new strategy, hopefully, will take us thru to final and win.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

During the Holiday season, I visited a cousin's husband who has just had his colon remove due to cancer.

 

He was visibly weak and pale as he could hardly open his eye, although, he is concious, he acknowledge with a simple finger movement.

 

He was posted to his company's China operation in Kunmin,leaving behind his family in Singapore.

 

When he came back for Christmas to be with his family, they already book a ticket to visit Bangkok for vacation. But his stomach pain was so acute that he consulted doctor and some blood test was done, the report was not in his favour and they have to cancel the holiday and rush to a hospital immediately.

 

The Hospital did a thorough check including "colonscopy" - is this the right word.

 

And found that he has 3rd stage colon cancer.

 

He is only 41 year Young, with 2 young children,usually, one will think that 3rd stage colon cancer will be associated with older people.

 

The operation was carried out to remove the cancer with a large part of the colon, but the cancer has spread to his intestine, the doctor advise that he should have chemotharapy treatment for the intestine cancer, I did not catch the severity of the intestine cancer.

 

 

Well, I hope for the best for him, as he is still young and have 2 young children needed his care and support. Life is precious, without good health, it is going to be pretty tough for his family.

 

All this could have been possibly avoided as he constantly complain of stomach ache but just take it lightly and did not go for further detail examination since the normal treatment did not stop the symptom.

 

I am sorry I do not know enough about how stomach ache can lead to colon cancer.

 

But the story is that life is so unpredictable and you never know what will happen next, treasure the people around you, care for them, and taking care of yourselves is another way to care for them.

forgive quickly, so that each will learn to appreciate the beauty of life, the warm of friendship, have the courage to say sorry, also the strength to forgive.

Kiss slowly, oops, don't know how to describe, as I have only enjoy kissing 1 person in my life, but it is a wonderful feeling, never forget.

love truly,love those surround you, love your family, love your friend, most importantly love your enemy, for you love your enemy, one day your enemy will be your friend and you will not have enemy, life would be wonderful.

Laugh uncontrollably, laughing is the best medicine, laughing can have a positive effect on everything you do, anyway, when you laugh, the whole world laugh with you, when you cry, you cry alone, so why not just laugh.

and never regret anything that made you smile. I do have a few regret, but I will look on the bright side, do the positive, think of the positive, the regret will dissapear, foes and adversary will become friend again, I will improve myself, to improve others.
